Project Scope & Change Requests

All projects shall be delivered according to the approved quotation, proposal or written agreement.

Any additional functionality, modification or enhancement requested after project approval may require additional cost, revised timelines or both.

SST Host reserves the right to evaluate and accept or decline any requested changes based on technical feasibility, project status or other operational considerations.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate and timely information necessary for the successful delivery of services.

Provide accurate project requirements.
Provide text, images, logos and other required content.
Ensure they own or have permission to use submitted content.
Review submitted work and provide feedback within a reasonable period.
Maintain backups of their own business data where applicable.

Delays caused by missing information, delayed approvals or changes requested by the client may result in revised delivery schedules. SST Host shall not be responsible for delays arising from such circumstances.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all designs, source code, documents, concepts and related materials created during a project shall remain the property of SST Host until all outstanding payments have been received in full.

Third-party software, themes, plugins, libraries, APIs and other components remain subject to the licenses issued by their respective owners.

Suspension or Termination of Services

SST Host reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate any service where reasonably necessary, including but not limited to:

Non-payment of invoices.
Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
Illegal, fraudulent or abusive activities.

Suspension or termination shall not remove any outstanding payment obligations already due.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SST Host shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or business losses, including loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, loss of data or interruption of business arising from the use of this website or any services provided.

Clients remain responsible for maintaining independent backups of important business information, website content and other critical data.
